North Shore Engineering Consultants (NSEC), trading as NSE Construction is a building company and engineering consultancy based in Manly, on Sydney's northern beaches. Owned and operated by Director Phillip Maclarn, NSEC has over 7 years experience in Construction Project Management, New Builds, Renovations, and Additions.

NSEC focuses on unwavering attention to quality and detail. Forging strong relationships with architects, clients, sub-contractors, stakeholders and employees to deliver projects to the highest standards.

Delivering projects of any size requires a healthy relationship between Builder and Client.
At NSEC we believe that an open line of communication is paramount in ensuring that clients needs are met from conceptual stages of the design process all the way through to completion.

Phil has also completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2014 at the University of Technology, Sydney.
We are fully insured for both Residential and Commercial buildings including low rise Class 2 buildings and also members of the Master Builders' Association of NSW.
